For over a decade, I’ve helped hundreds of students (ages 5-65) learn guitar, bass, and piano—whether for fun, performance, or professional goals. One of my past students even went on to win a YYC Music Award.
As a professional musician, I’ve performed across Alberta, Shanghai, and LA, with my band’s music on national radio. As a commercial composer, I’ve written for Nike, Perrier, Hennessy, and Corona, bringing real-world industry experience to my teaching.
I’ve taught at Long & McQuade, School of Rock, and Time Music Studios, as well as private schools, using a fast-track approach to help students read music, improvise, and compose with confidence.
My time writing and performing original rock music and studying classical guitar at university, has given me a deep understanding of technique, theory, and performance.
